We offer you a choice of building types to suit your needs rather than forcing you to fit the building. Clear Span buildings are available in virtually any size from 10' wide to 260' with sidewall column spacing up to 50' for unusually wide sidewall openings. Roof pitch can be as low as 1/4 in 12 or as high 6:12 or even higher.
Rigid Frames are the most commonly used frame systems for low-rise buildings which don't require a high degree of interior finishing and have the familiar gabled roof shape. Rigid Frame Multiple Column buildings can be as wide as you need them by simply adding interior columns to support roof truss assemblies while doing double duty supporting interior overhead cranes, mezzanines or other assemblies.
Single slope roof buildings are well suited for use in buildings that will have drainage to one side of the building, are frequently used for commercial and or retail buildings and often have exterior parapet wall assemblies that project above the roof line on the front and sides to create a pleasing architectural appearance and conceal the roof system.
Lean-to buildings are a single slope roof system commonly used to shelter the contents within such as bleachers or to expand an existing structure from one or both sides. A Lean-to can provide very economical solutions to building requirements.
Structural steel buildings can accommodate interior partition walls using structural steel, concrete tilt-up panel or cement block; mezzanines to increase floor space; overhead, sliding or hydraulic doors; overhead cranes or any equipment necessary to provide the workspace you need.
Pre-engineered buildings can be fully climate controlled with values as high as R-40 when using "metal building" insulation and exterior cladding; spray on foam or fibre insulation; foam filled or fire rated mineral wool filled wall and roof "sandwich" panels including a pre-insulated Standing Seam Roof system. Tilt-up concrete panels are also available which speed construction, are fire rated, reduce energy costs and are made here in central Alberta. Exterior finishes are available in a wide range of choices from conventional coloured steel cladding, stucco or stone coated panels, veneer stone or block, commercial glass, stucco or any combination of these and other building materials to create the "LOOK" you want.
